CREATING A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA
  1. Click on the Assessment Data heading in the Quick Launch menu. This will take you to the All Items view.
  2. Go to Actions and select Edit in Datasheet
  3. Click in the first cell in the first row and press Ctrl+A to select all the data
  4. Create a new worksheet Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet program
  5. Click in cell A1 in your worksheet and press Ctrl+V to paste in all the data. If some data appears as '#####', you just need to make that column wider to fit the content.
  6. Save your worksheet
