Teacher Goal setting

Teachers are very used to having PD 'done to them' rather than it being something that they take an active lead in and develop themselves. Teacher inquiry and action research, helps shift the PD focus back into the classroom with the teacher as the driver.
Use the SMART goal sheet for setting and monitoring your individual goals and the monitoring sheet for observing and following up.
